By subscribing to Krankin Music and uploading your content, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you and Krankin Music from any legal issues related to the content uploaded to the platform. Please read them carefully.
1. Acknowledgment of Responsibility
- As a producer, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you upload to Krankin Music (including, but not limited to, tracks, cover art, and any other media) complies with all applicable copyright laws and regulations.
- You agree that Krankin Music is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from copyright infringement or other legal issues related to your content.
2. Copyright Compliance
- You confirm that you either own the rights to, or have obtained the necessary licenses for, all content you upload to Krankin Music.
- You agree not to upload any content that infringes on third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
3. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Krankin Music and its affiliates, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to copyright infringement or other legal issues related to the content you upload.
4. Content Moderation and Removal
- Krankin Music reserves the right to remove any content that is reported for copyright infringement or is deemed to violate these terms and conditions, without prior notice.
- If your content is removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you will be notified via the email address provided during registration. You will be responsible for addressing the claim with the copyright holder.
5. Reporting Infringements
- Krankin Music provides a reporting mechanism for copyright holders to report content that they believe infringes on their intellectual property rights.
- Upon receiving a valid report of copyright infringement, Krankin Music will promptly remove the reported content and notify the producer responsible for the upload.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Krankin Music is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the removal of content due to copyright infringement claims or any other actions taken in compliance with these terms and conditions.
- Krankin Music is also not liable for any disputes or legal actions that arise between producers and third parties related to the content uploaded to the platform.
7. Agreement to Terms
- By subscribing to Krankin Music and using the platform to upload content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- You understand that if you do not agree to these terms, you may not upload content to Krankin Music.
8. Changes to Terms
- Krankin Music reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
9. Account Termination
- Violation of these terms and conditions, including repeated copyright infringements, may result in the suspension or termination of your account on Krankin Music.
10. Use Of Uploaded Tracks For Promotional Purposes
By uploading your music to Krankin Music, you grant Krankin Music a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your tracks for the following purposes:
- YouTube Videos: Krankin Music may feature your uploaded tracks in promotional videos, mixes, and other media shared on YouTube and similar video-sharing platforms.
- Marketing and Promotion: Your tracks may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, and website features.
We will always credit the original artist when using tracks for promotional purposes. However, you acknowledge that Krankin Music is not required to seek additional approval or provide compensation for these uses, beyond the benefits outlined in your subscription or agreement.
